Ingredients:

- 4 Slices of Tuscan bread
- 4 Cloves of garlic
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt



The fettunta, poor peasant dish, is today one of the most popular entrees in Tuscany. When the olives are pressed in November, families and workers gather all together inside the oil mill. On this occasion the "olio novello" is celebrated and enjoyed on a crispy slice of Tuscan bread!
 
Preparation:
1) Cut slices of bread and let them roast on the grill for a few minutes.

2) Immediately after removing from heat, rub them with a clove of garlic and season generously with olive oil and salt.

3) Serve still piping hot and crispy.
