Ingredients:

- 200 gr Almound without rind
- 50 gr Sugar
- 1 Egg white
- 150 gr Icing sugar



Preparation:
1) Mix the ingredients.

2) Divide the dough into small rounded diamonds. Arrange on a baking sheet, cover with a cloth and let it sit for 12 hours.

3) Bake in preheated oven at 150° c/170° for 15 minutes (Caution: do not let them getting brown!)

4) Let them cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
